Payment terms
How DishMark charges for reports, monitoring plans, recipients and venue credits.
Currency and tax
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. VAT or other applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before payment, and shown separately on your invoice.
One-off reports
One-off reports are charged in full at purchase. The report is built immediately and remains available in the portal, with its export files, for the life of the account.
Monitoring plans
Monthly and weekly monitoring plans are billed annually in advance and cover a twelve-month period of scheduled reports. Cancelling stops future renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Additional recipients are charged per address: £10 for a one-off report, £49 a year on monthly monitoring, £99 a year on weekly monitoring.
Venue credits
One credit covers one attempted establishment location in one report. An attempt is the billable unit: an establishment we check but whose menu we cannot read has still consumed collection work, and the coverage funnel reports it as such.
If a scheduled report would exceed your available credits, it pauses and we tell you. We will not silently reduce your search area to fit a balance.
Refunds
If a report fails to build, or its coverage falls materially below what we indicated for your area, tell us and we will either rebuild it or refund it. Refunds are issued as a compensating entry against the original payment.
